Recently, I was forced to close my email forwarding business due to underwhelming response. One of my domains was AbortionIsMurder.com . While I would like to keep this domain, I am forced to sell to recoup losses. I just wanted the pro-life community to be aware that it is available. I'm selling for just above what I paid for it $100. I hope you don't consider this spam - I just would like to find someone who can put the site to good use in the fight against abortion. It's too good a name to waste. Just go to http://www.afternic.com/index.cfm?a=auctions&sa=listing&listid=52280 for sale information. Thanks, Rick

This has got to be the weirdest site I've ever seen, but it is so encouraging to see fellow pro-lifers standing up for the truth. Roe v. Wade WILL be overturned if we keep fighting the good fight :)

It's nice to know that you don't have to be Christian to know that Abortion is wrong. I'm tired of religious fanatics thinking that young, liberal, college students, who don't believe in God are evil. Can you believe that? I have morals even though I'm not sure I believe in God. Thank you for your page.

Do you think we're evil?: if you participate in violence against pro-abortionists, yes. if not, then no.

Comments:
I am pro-choice because I don't think the government, church, anti-abortion groups, or anyone else has the right to tell women what to do to their bodies. I know I wouldn't get an abortion (unless rape, teminal disease, etc. come into play), but I think it's up to me to decide, not anyone else. Yes, I know it's murder to kill a child, but no one can understand how hard it is to carry a life if a woman has been raped, or if the child won't survive. I don't know if this applies to you, but bombing clinics and killing doctors, nurses, and patients are also murderous activities. What would you think if you killed a woman who came in for an abortion? You'd have killed the unborn child inside of her. You have a right to protest, but I beg of you to stop the violence. Please! It doesn't solve anything. Thank you for your time.

My guestbook entry for 12-30-99 reads "...they were correct" but should read "...they were INcorrect". That is to say, I am not the only prolife atheist in the world. Are there any others in the Chicago area? Feel free to email me.

Our world is already overpopulated. Over 6 billion people inhabit our planet, and we are quickly using up our resources. Everyday hundreds of children die in third world countries, yet I see few concerned about their welfare. Abortion is a woman's choice; it is not the government's place to tell someone what to do with her body. The day that abortion is made illegal is the day that women become second-class citizens once again; next we'd lose our right to vote.

Do you think we're evil?: Evil is the pursuit of happiness at the expense of the truth. Guilty? I suspect not.

Comments:
My friends told me that I wasn't the only prolife atheist in the world but I could never find any before. I am glad to find that they were correct. We are, though,a rare breed. The reason for that is that we are rationalists(in the modern sense of the world,ie. not irrationalists)living in an irrationalist, postmodern world. Reason and logic have been devalued for the sake of selfish political agendas, such as abortion. Let us pray-ahem-or strive for a return to rational discourse. Let us also thank Mr.Wallace for the effort that he has put forth to create this website and let each of us do what we can to keep it alive so that we can communicate and feel less alone in the world. I like country and western music and bourbon whiskey--how about you all?

Comments:
Somebody said that Christians want to commit genicide, but true Christians don't. I think that nonbelievers know as much as believers on the evil subject, and that's squat! I think most athiests are athiests because a "Christian" hurt them once. Or it could be about a lack of scientific knowledge, but I think my idea is more it.

Do you think we're evil?: Perhaps cruel

Comments:
Withholding abortion services from women can be cruel, and if she is only ten years old it is despicably cruel. A fetus is a parasite. Every woman has the right to remove it from her body at any time. An abortion is the expelling of a nonviable fetus from the womb, and does not per se kill it. The fetus dies because its life cannot be sustained outside the womb. If you want to keep the fetus alive, it is up to you to develop artificial wombs and fetal transplant technologies (especially for men) so that your body and resources are used. You have no right to compell any woman to sacrifice her blood and body as a life support system. Surely you would not compell her to furnish one of her legs to support her starving [born] child even though neither the mother's life or health would be seriously jeopardized by its loss and the child would die without it.

I am grateful that a site exists dedicated to pro-life individuals who do not belong to any specific religious denomination. I believe that one should oppose abortion because it is genocide and a human rights violation, not because one's God told them to oppose it. This concept of non-theistic pro-lifers also casts away the myth that the pro-life stance belongs solely to the so called "religious right". Thank you for your excellent site.

I am a counselor at a Crisis Pregnancy Center. I am pro-life. I also do believe in God. Your site is a help to others because it proves abortion is not only a religious issue but shows that taking the life of another is wrong for other reasons as well. Most of the general public does not know what the side affects of abortion are. I feel that destroying a baby is wrong at all times. The home page of your site was very impressive. Keep up the good work!

I have been told that my beliefs have held me back. I've always felt like telling them (athiests or "Christians") that science is against the prochoice side. Even if there's a doubt of life (which I have none) it's not okay to kill. I know why people believe that you have to be religous to be prolife. Look at some of the confessions of people who use to be in the abortion bussiness. You will find that they knew exactly what they were doing. A survey showed that about seventy percent of people having abortions had a conscience but did so anyway maybe because of pressure. It takes more than education and law to stop abortion. You have to also show your love and support for these people.

Only on the internet could I find people who share my views. Being pro-life, so many people automatically assume I'm some religious nut, so it is so good to see others who look at the cold, hard facts in relation to abortion. Thanks for the site.

Good site. Good library but needs many more essays. I didn't know that there were any other traditional-values, pro-life, Republican atheists out there. What a pleasant suprise. I was Catholic in my early to mid teens but realized that, despite my great respect for Catholicism, I just didn't believe in the supernatural. I then discovered Ayn Rand at about 19. I just can't comprehend the belief in the supernatural. Here I am now, rapidly approaching 50 (4 months to go) still a Republican, a strong atheist, and staunchly pro-life.

Despite my answer, i am a messianic jew (a Jew for Jesus) Born Catholic, i was raised to think for myself, and later chose. What pro-choicers get wrong is what they have a choice about. i can choose.

I need help with something. It will help me, any of you, and other women and families faced with an unwanted pregnancy or an unexpected pregnancy that they are not sure they can handle. I am making a web page to educate people about what abortion really is and what it does to babies and families. Your part: Send me any poetry you have written about your expereince(s) or write some for my site. I will give full credit to you if you want your name posted and if you don't want it posted, then I will leave it anonymous. Also, this is a really big part of my page. I need stories from women who have had abortions, and stories from fathers and family members, even pro-life turned abortionists. These stories could really make the difference in what a woman chooses to do.
